Install Ubuntu and Debian chroots (for schroot) in an Ubuntu

DEPRECATED, use docker as replacement, see build-in-docker.sh as part of bootstrap-build-environment

Downloads Ubuntu and Debian environments from the internet and installs them into schroot environments.
